Key Responsibilities
- Drive Sales Success: Lead the sales team to achieve targets from lead generation to deal closure.
- Training and Mentoring: Provide hands-on training, heavy on roleplay, and support in the form of ridealongs with team members to enhance their performance.
- Monitor Performance: Regularly review sales metrics and team performance to ensure targets are met.
- Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring their needs are met.
- Promote the Company: Actively represent and promote the company in various online and offline channels.
Requirements
- Experience: Minimum of 2+ years in Sales Management.
- Skills: Excellent leadership, communication, scripting and organizational skills.
- Attributes: Self-motivated, data-driven, systematic, able to motivate others.
- Education: High school graduate; some college preferred
- Driving and Other Requirements: Excellent driving record and a Texas license. Must pass background and drug test.
