Home Improvement Sales Rep/Estimator
Phillips Home Improvements is seeking In-Home Outside Sales Reps / Estimators to run preset, pre-qualified leads, present World Class Presentations and be energetic closers who love assisting homeowners with home repair projects, including painting, gutters, siding, and windows.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Deliver World Class Presentations and accurate written proposals on the spot
- Know and own the Phillips Sales Methodology
- Close the sale
- Provide world class customer service
- Promote the company on social media
Qualifications:
- Clean driving record
- Must live within 25 miles of our offices at 204 S. Ash Drive, Allen, TX 75002
- Winning first impression
- Ability to listen to customer needs
- Ability to follow a script
- Ability to climb a ladder to inspect work
- Ability to close a sale
Skills:
- Great communicator
- Proficient with basic Windows computer programs
- Ability to figure numbers in head
- NO DEGREE REQUIRED!
The Ideal Home Improvement Sales Rep / Estimator Candidate:
- Inspects what he or she expects
- Can climb a ladder to inspect a gutter comfortably
- WOWs customers
- Promotes the company online
- Undertakes activities that make the phone ring, such as making calls, generating leads, etc.
- Works with a sense of urgency to serve customers, other team members, and to generally get the job done!
