Phillips needs energetic, problem-solving, customer-centric Residential Remodel Project Managers to coordinate and supervise projects and assist homeowners with their painting (interior and exterior), gutter, and carpentry needs.

No Project Management experience required; we train!

The Ideal Residential Remodel Project Manager Candidate:

1+ years in home improvement project coordination
Knows and utilizes a defined project management process
Speaks Spanish
Knows the ins and outs of painting, simple carpentry and roofing
WOWs customers
Promotes the company online
Prioritizes activities that make the phone ring, such as making calls, generating leads, etc.
Works with a sense of urgency to serve customers, other team members, and to generally get the job done!

Seeks:

$35,000/year base, Commissions AND Pay-for-Performance INCENTIVES. Most Project Managers earn $70K+; $40K base after successful completion of introductory period

Duties & Responsibilities:

Helps solve problems for customers according to industry and company standards in a way that promotes win-win outcomes, long-term customer savings and elevated positions for the company
Manages and supervises crew partners, visiting jobsites throughout the day and assigning work according to crew ability and availability
Manages projects through completion and collection
Always recruiting new crews
WOWs customers
Promotes the company online
Undertakes activities that make the phone ring, such as making calls, generating leads, etc.
Works with a sense of urgency to serve customers, other team members, and to generally get the job done!
