This is an exciting time for Phillips in our 20th year in business and we are still growing rapidly. We are seeking In-Home Roofing, Painting & Gutters Sales Representatives to run and close preset, pre-qualified leads. We need energetic closers to assist homeowners with home repair projects, including painting, gutters, and carpentry.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Know and own the Phillips Sales Methodology
  • Deliver World Class presentations and accurate written proposals on the spot
  • Close the sale
  • Provide World Class customer service
  • Create detailed work orders with photos and notes
  • Work closely with the Production Department, who will oversee the projects

Qualifications

  • Clean driving record
  • Winning first impression
  • Ability to turn strangers into friends
  • Ability to listen to customers' needs
  • Ability to follow a script
  • Ability to climb a ladder occasionally to inspect work

Skills

  • Good communication
  • Proficient with basic Windows computer programs
  • Ability to figure numbers in head
